By creating an account or using CinePair (“the app”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
CinePair lets you build movie watchlists, connect with a partner, and swipe to find movies you both want to watch. Movie data and images are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB).
You agree not to: use the app for unlawful purposes; attempt to access other users’ data; reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the service; scrape or resell data; or impersonate others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Your watchlists and swipes are your content. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store and display that content to you and any partner you connect with. You are responsible for the content you add.
Movie titles, descriptions, posters, and ratings are supplied by TMDB and their respective rights holders. CinePair does not own this content. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of movie data or uninterrupted, error-free operation. Recommendations are for convenience only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CinePair and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or end the service, or your access, if you breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
